About the Author
Steven L. Umland is a retired photographer, filmmaker, and writer living in northern Wisconsin. A graduate of Art Center College of Design, he spent his professional career operating a successful studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His writing and photography has appeared in Cabin Life, Cabin Living, Log Home Living, and Friends magazine for the Air Force Museum, where he shared stories from his service in the Vietnam War.
Fascinated by the assassination of President John F. Kennedy for decades, Umland has read more than sixty books on the subject and traveled repeatedly to Dallas to research the events of November 22, 1963. Above Reproach: The Perfect Assassination combines that lifelong interest with his passion for storytelling.
